Oven- Baked Dried Mango

Ingredients
- 1-2 mangos, peeled and thinly sliced
- Optional: cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 185°F. Place prepared mangos on an Oven Bacon Pan tray or sheet pan with a grid. Bake for 3-4 hours or until fruit is done and dried (thickness of mango will affect baking time- adjust accordingly).
*If baking on a sheet pan with no grid, flip the mangos every 30-40 minutes. Baking time may also increase.
