One Pot Minnesota Wild Rice Tator Tot Hotdish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package frozen tator tots
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice
  • 1/ 2 cup sliced green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

First, Soften diced onions and brown hamburger. Mix soups, minced garlic, wild rice with onion/hamburger mixture- season with salt & pepper. Spread the contents evenly in an oven safe Nordic Ware Braiser pan and add shredded cheese. Place frozen tator tots on top of mixture.

Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for around 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions.
