Snickerdoodle Bundt Mug Cake

This easy and tasty single-serving Snickerdoodle Bundt Mug Cake will become your new favorite quick recipe when craving something sweet! The cake is moist with that delicious vanilla and cinnamon sugar flavor combo. You would never know its made in the microwave using our Micro Mini Bundts. Unmold and top with more cinnamon sugar or ice cream for the ultimate treat.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted and slightly cooled
- ¼ cup whole or 2% milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp baking powder
Toppings (optional):
- Cinnamon sugar
- ice cream or whipped cream
Directions
Prepare Mini Micro Bundt with baking spray or butter. Melt butter in microwave-safe bowl and let cool slightly. Add in remaining cake ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour into Micro Bundt and spread evenly. Gently tap on counter to remove air bubbles. Place in middle of microwave and heat on high for 60-70 seconds. Let cool 2-3 minutes. Loosen sides and turn onto a plate to release. Serve warm. Top with more cinnamon sugar and add ice cream or whipped cream if desired. Makes 1 Micro Bundt cake.

This cake is so nice and has the perfect amount of moisture! It’s my go-to mug cake recipe for when I need a baked good but can’t be bothered to turn on the oven.

I doubled the cinnamon, added chocolate chips and condensed milk + powdered sugar icing. Sooo good

This is my favorite of the mug cake recipes. I love the flavor, and it has the nicest texture of anything that’s come out of my microwave! My oven is a small one and only 700 watts, so I added about 10-15 seconds and it came out perfectly. I also gave sets of these pans to some bakers on my Christmas gift list.
