In the early 1960's we developed an expertise in coatings to finish our own Nordic Ware products. Today, we market our coating and finishing technology to over 350 companies throughout North America. We now have a national reputation for quality, innovation and consistency in this highly technical and specialized area. Whether a part needs a simple, decorative finish or a high-performance coating applied within specific tolerances, Nordic Ware has the experience and material to do the job.
We coat such diverse products as human heart catheters that demand 0% rejection standards, rollers for photocopiers and laser printers, acoustical screens that resist picking up dust which impair fidelity and even professional golf club heads that must withstand very high impact requirements. Our facility includes mass production conveyor type painting ovens for both high temperature (+1000ºF) porcelain finishing and mid temperature (+500ºF) non-stick coating applications plus precision batch ovens for special purpose coatings. Many customers take advantage of our stamping, spinning, molding, machining, assembly and packaging capabilities that produce complete parts to their exact specifications.
